I have decided to make a calender of free events for A-town/Metroplex.
I always try to keep up on any free events and if you're cash-strapped and still want to have fun then I hope this helps.

Grapevine: Butterfly Flutterby, 10am -2pm; butterfly release and butterfly parade (dress up in your fave wings) butterfly exhibit, interactive butterfly arts and crafts and entertainment, gardening seminars. 817-410-8136

Fort Worth: Duck Day on the Trinity, 11am-5pm; 1000's of rubber ducks dropped from a bridge to race (for adoptive parents). Festival includes rock-climbing wall, superslide,bounce houses, Kid Zone with games, food and entertainment
